Neptune Ubicom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and creative Learning Video Content Designer to take ownership of our internal training video program. You will work closely with subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into structured, engaging, and high-quality learning content for our employees.

You are someone who enjoys simplifying complex ideas and bringing them to life through well-designed training videos, combining instructional design with hands-on video production.

Scope of the Role

Learning Video Content Designer is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for building impactful internal learning experiences through video-based training. The role focuses on collaborating with subject-matter experts to transform knowledge into structured, engaging, high-quality learning content for employees, combining instructional design, teaching, and video production.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to capture and structure knowledge
• Design clear learning paths, lesson structures, and training modules
• Script, record, and edit training videos (camera-based and screen-based)
• Coach experts and colleagues for on-camera delivery when needed
• Maintain and improve a consistent visual and educational style
• Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback
• Manage the end-to-end training video production process

What makes you a good fit?

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Education, Media, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Strong teaching, explanation, and communication skills
• Experience creating corporate or technical training content
• Hands-on experience with video recording and editing tools
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics
• Portfolio of training or explainer videos
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects
• Good spoken and written English
