Neptune Ubicom Pvt. Ltd. seeks a passionate and talented Principal Business Analyst for complex financial software applications to join the NEPTUNE family. You are someone with 15+ years of hands-on experience in analysing customer requirements and communicating them efficiently to our international development team.

 

Scope of the Role:

You will have the opportunity to talk to the customer about requirement gathering and collaborate with an international team of Principal Business Analysts, Technical Architects and Developers to achieve the deliverables.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities & Expected Impact:

  • You will be the point of contact for our customers, analyse their requirements about the business and technical framework, and design sophisticated software solutions.
  • You will create user stories and tasks as part of an agile approach.
  • Your responsibilities will also include creating documentation and conducting user tests.
  • You will take on the challenge of supporting and helping shape a complex, long-term project to develop a modern and efficient IT solution.

 

What makes you a good fit?

  • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have prior experience of 15+ years as a Business analyst or in a similar role.
  • You have a background in the financial services industry, ideally in the area of savings products, as well as a basic understanding of business.
  • You have knowledge of Java programming and are familiar with technologies such as Docker, Spring, and REST.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are characterised by high commitment and flexibility.
  • You can communicate fluently in English.
  • You have a good command of written English and good documentation skills.
  • Having a good command of written and spoken German will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel will be advantageous.
